I first spotted the Cobb Grill in action while working on assignment in Africa a few years ago. Needless to say, it left a positive impression. This extremely fuel efficient system provides over 4 hours of cooking on 8 charcoal briquettes. The non-stick cooking surface is slotted and perforated for easy fat run off. Grease safely drains into a moat. Constructed of stainless steel, clean up is a breeze. The protected base is cool to the touch and may be placed on any surface. The only hot spot besides the fire chamber is the lid. The Cobb grill comes with a tool (for lifting the non stick grilling pan), carrying case and instruction manual. Works great with hickory or mesquite wood chips too. SAFETY NOTE: Use Diamond "Strike A Fire" sticks. Never use charcoal lighter fluid.
