Purchased from amazon.com. This was a refurbished one so we took our chances. Used it once and then returned as it was pretty bad at juicing. The pulp had lot more juice content and the juice had some pulp in it. In addition this juicer takes a lot of counter space. If you are short on space avoid this one.
