Rating : - not as advertised look at the picture they have on there they are advertising with. you only get the pole what are you going to do with the pole and no retractable dryer.they should advertise the pole and the retractable dyer seperate instead of together you look and they want you to think you are getting the complete unit. i have purchased from amazon many times this is the first time i feel i got scammed
